Stefania Peveraro is chairwoman and co-founder of EdiBeez srl, the publisher of BeBeez, and for 17 years has been senior editor at MF Milano Finanza and MF, the financial publications of Milan-listed Class Editori group.
She also co-founded Assofintech, the Italian Association for fintech and insurtech, and sits in the executive committee of the Association. She also owns a minority stake in Iside (Italian Institute of Economic Documentation), a historic conference company specializing in financial issues, now part of the e-work group.
She is the editor-in-chief of BeBeez which is the unique newspaper in Italy with a specific focus on private capital issues both on an Italian and international perspective.
For the newspaper MF and for the weekly Milano Finanza, Stefania still writes about m&a, private equity, venture capital, private debt, credit market, distressed assets and NPEs, corporate finance, structured finance and fintech.
She collaborates with Class Cnbc, the satellite financial TV channel of Class Editori in a joint venture with Cnbc Europe. She is moderator of numerous conferences and author of books on the subject of private capital.
Previously she worked as a journalist for the weekly Borsa&Finanza and for the newspaper L’Indipendente. Before that, she was a financial analyst at Fimat futures, which used to be the financial derivatives broker of the Société Générale group. She had been a researcher at ISPI, the Institute for International Political Studies.
She graduated in Economics at the Bocconi University of Milan in 1992. She is the mother of Brando, a wild digital native teenager.
