ExtraMot Pro divides in two. ExtraMot Pro3 is born, here are private debt issues which moved to the new market

More than six years after the launch of the ExtraMot Pro market, the unregulated market dedicated to the bond issues of Italian companies not listed on regulated markets and reserved for professional investors only, Borsa Italiana celebrates and presents ExtraMot Pro3 tomorrow, the new market that represents a natural evolution of the already existing professional segment and which wants to accompany SMEs in a path of growth and closer to the capital markets, separating their emissions from those of other types of issuers that in the meantime had listed their securities there. In a notice issued at the end of July, Borsa Italiana explained that the new segment will be mainly dedicated to the issuance of bonds or debt securities by comp
