Quadrivio sgr’s fund buys British printed ciruit boards manufacturer Graphic

Italian mid-market private equity firm Quadrivio sgr bought Graphic plc, a British manufacturer of high technology printed circuit boards, Orsingher Ortu Avvocati Associati law firm said in a press release as the firm advised Graphic for the deal. "The acquisition represents an add-on deal in the same industrial sector of the recent acquisition of Italian company Somacis by Quadrivio itself", the press release said. Graphic and Somacis had been working together for some years in China where they founded a 50%-50% joint venture called  Dongguan Sovmacis Graphic PCB.
