Secap (Società Edile Costruzione e Appalti Provvisiero), an Italian real estate and construction company, received from UniCredit a financing facility of 6.6 million euros with the warranty SupportItalia of Sace (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such proceeds in the development of two projects in Turin area. The loan is part of the programme Finanziamento Futuro Sostenibile of UniCredit that aims to support companies that aim to improve their sustainability. Secap has sales of 60.3 million, an ebitda of 3.5 million and a net debt of 4.6 million
illimity real estate credit (iREC), the investor in real estate backed utps that Paola Tondelli heads, raised a further 95 million euros face value credits for a total in the region of 270 million (see here a previous post by BeBeez). IREC’s first closing had a gross value of 170 million.
