Schrader, president of the auction company.\n\n\nThe 1,112-acre farm, located along the Ohio state line, will be offered in 13 tracts. Most of the land is in Union County, with some in Wayne County.\n\n\n\u201cThis has some of the highest soil indexes in Indiana, about 1.5 miles fronting on S.R. 227 and 1.5 miles adjoining the active CSX Railroad.
