This represents a distribution of $5.2M or 100% of the Fund\u2019s net asset value as of May 18, 2022. The distribution was payable on May 20, 2022 to shareholders of record as of May 18, 2022[1]. This distribution is the final distribution from the Fund. BDREX is managed by Benefit Street Partners, L.L.C. (\u201cBSP\u201d).
