BETHESDA, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Global Medical REIT Inc. (NYSE: GMRE) (the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cGMRE\u201d), a net-lease medical office real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires purpose-built healthcare facilities and leases those facilities to strong healthcare systems and physician groups with leading market share, announced today that its Board of Directors (\u201cBoard\u201d) has declared the Company\u2019s 2022 third quarter common and preferred dividends.\n<\/p>\n

\nCommon Dividend\n<\/p>\n

\nThe Board has declared the Company\u2019s 2022 third quarter cash dividend of $0.21 per share of common stock and unit, which will be paid October 11, 2022 to common stockholders and unitholders of record as of September 23, 2022.\n<\/p>\n

\nSeries A Preferred Dividend\n<\/p>\n

\nThe Board has also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.46875 per share on its Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value per share (the \u201cSeries A Preferred Stock\u201d), which will be paid on October 31, 2022, to Series A Preferred stockholders of record as of October 15, 2022. This represents the Company\u2019s quarterly dividend on its Series A Preferred Stock for the period from July 31, 2022 through October 30, 2022.\n<\/p>\n
