It will be offered in 15 tracts ranging from 34 acres to 300 acres, according to Brad Horrall, co-manager of the auction.\n\n\n\u201cThe wooded tracts include mature hardwoods and abundant populations of White Tail Deer and Turkey,\u201d said Horrall.\n\n\n\u201cThe tillable land has productive soils including Petrolia, Nolin, Haymond, Armiesburg, Sylvan and Iona,\u201d said R.D.
