The oversubscribed Fund closed significantly above its target at $632 million.\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mms.businesswire.com\/media\/20221110005456\/en\/1632577\/4\/HighBrook_logo.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\nFund IV continues the investment strategy of its predecessor fund, focusing on deep value and special situations, targeting industrial, residential, and creative office assets. The Fund focuses on select markets in Western Europe, including the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark and may also selectively acquire properties in the US that are consistent with HighBrook\u2019s overall sector themes.
