MILL VALLEY, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE:FCPT), a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the ownership and acquisition of high-quality, net-leased restaurant and retail properties (\u201cFCPT\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), is pleased to announce the acquisition of five Jiffy Lube properties for $7.9 million. The properties are located in highly trafficked corridors in Indiana and are occupied under long-term triple net leases with 15 years of term remaining, and 10% rent increases every five years. The transaction was priced at a 6.5% cap rate on rent as of the closing date, exclusive of transaction costs.\n<\/p>\n
