TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust (the \u201cREIT\u201d) (TSX: INO.UN) today announced the closing of the disposition of the Courbevoie property located in the La Defence area of Paris for \u20ac27.2 million (CAD $39.4 million), \u20ac6.4 million (CAD $9.3 million) above the Q3 2022 \u20ac20.8 million (CAD $30.1 million) fair market value. The \u20ac17.2 million (CAD $24.9 million) net proceeds from the sale are slated for redeployment into other investment opportunities.\n<\/p>\n
