Bob has more than 40 years of experience in law and public accounting working with a broad range of public and private clients to navigate formation, acquisition, restructuring, and disposition transactions. Bob joins Andersen from the IRS where he was Special Counsel in the office of Chief Counsel, Passthroughs and Special Industries, Internal Revenue Service.
