Savills Investment Management sold on behalf of Marlin the Rome-based HI Green asset while Dils acted as sell-side advisor (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The building previously hosted Italian TMT Wind. Italian telcos and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) operators are currently renting the spaces in the building. Hi Green has 6 floors and received a BREEAM certification.
Kryalos sgr, an Italian real estate investor that Paolo Bottelli founded and of which Blackstone has 35%, sold through Chronos (a fund with a Value-Add risk\return) sold an asset based in Corso Sempione, Milan for 12.6 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). IME Industria Maglieria Europea, a real estate company, acquired the building. Kryalos retained Aquileia Capital Services as advisor. The asset was builth in the ‘80s and refurbished in 2015. Gardant, an Italian credit management firm born last year out of a spin off of former Credito Fondiario (now Banca CF+), signed a partnership with the real estate portal Immobiliare.it for strenghtening its position in the sector of servicing NPEs with underlaying real estate assets (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Real Web is the controlling shareholder of Immobiliare.it.
In 3Q22, Italian real estate equity crowdfunding portal Concrete Investing allowed to raise 13.5 million euros, while the competitor Walliance hosted projects worth 13.1 million (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Italian portals raised a total of 29.2 million for 14 projets, while lending real estate platforms raised 62.7 million for 233 deals.
